Kadi allows you to add decks of flashcards to help you learn a foreign language.  Add a deck by pressing the plus button on top.  You can add up to 10 decks for free.  After purchasing the full version you can add unlimited decks.

Add cards by pressing the plus button on the top.  Kadi supports text-to-speech in English, Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, German, Italian, French, and Japanese.
